🔖 TERMS & POLICIES WHEN USING SERVICES AT HANOIHOME MASSAGE

1. PAYMENT

💵 Payment is made directly to the therapist upon arrival. No deposit or prepayment is required.

The listed price includes transportation and tip – you only need to pay the exact amount stated on the booking ticket.

If the therapist charges incorrectly:

  • Speak directly with them, or

  • File a complaint via the “Complaint” button or contact our hotline: 📞 +84 966 005 711

HANOIHOME will refund any overcharges after verification.

2. WRONG THERAPIST

If you booked a specific therapist but someone else arrives:

  • You have the right to request a replacement, or

  • Cancel the booking with no charge.

3. REQUEST TO CHANGE THERAPIST

If the therapist has already arrived but you wish to change:
➤ Support fee: 100,000 VND
If the massage has already started ➤ full session fee applies.

4. CHANGE OF MASSAGE PACKAGE

During the session, you can upgrade or change your massage package.
(Example: Switching from 60 minutes to 120 minutes)
➤ Just inform the therapist directly.

5. CANCELLATION

  • Cancel before the therapist is en route ➤ Free of charge

  • Cancel after the therapist is en route or has arrived ➤ Transport fee: 100,000 VND

6. ROOM FEES (HOTELS, GUESTHOUSES, ETC.)

If the service is conducted at a hotel or guesthouse, you are responsible for booking and paying for the room.
Our therapist only provides massage services and will not cover room fees.

7. PRIVACY POLICY

While using our services:
⛔ No filming, photography, or audio recording is allowed.

8. FAILURE TO PAY

💬 We strive to ensure the best experience for all customers — and hope this never happens.

However, in cases of non-payment after service, we may:

  • Decline to follow you to retrieve the payment

  • Temporarily hold ID, documents, or personal items as a deposit

  • Record video and store evidence for follow-up action

👉 All held items will be returned upon full payment.

9. SENSITIVE SERVICES – COMMITMENT TO PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

HANOIHOME MASSAGE provides only professional, health-oriented massage services in accordance with legal standards.

We do not offer any sensitive or inappropriate services.

If a client attempts to propose an inappropriate request or makes private arrangements with the therapist, any risks or incidents arising from this:

  • Will not be HANOIHOME MASSAGE’s responsibility

  • Will not be eligible for complaints

  • And we reserve the right to refuse future service
